About Hill's Plumbing and Heating, Inc.

In 1979 Hill's purchased Berglund Heating & Sheetmetal.  At that time, there was one part-time employee.  Shortly, Bemidji Heating & Sheetmetal was purchased and in 1982, an addition to our main building helped ease our growing needs. 

A new Plumbing & Heating showroom was added in 1987 and at that time Hill's offered a complete plumbing service.  1988 gave way to even more growth, our 4,000 sq. ft. building located at 614 Railroad Street became too small to house our needs and a 5 acre fenced-in site located west of town at 4221 Cardinal Road NW with a total of 140,000 sq. ft. of building was purchased.  In the spring of 1994, Hill's moved again.  This time back into town at 750 Paul Bunyan Drive NW.  This move allowed us to expand our plumbing showroom and add a full line o burning gas and wood fireplaces as well as a large retail sales floor. 

In 1996 we built a new building located at 3801 Bemidji Avenue N. We have a complete showroom with plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, & 22 Burning Heat & Glo fireplace models that are built in our display floor.  We have a total of 17 full time employees.
